It seeks to achieve, through the eyes of design, a common vision that is inspiring, transformative, actionable and mobilising.
","faq2_question":"How do you use T(Im)P? ","faq2_answer":"
The tool can be used face-to-face, remotely, and in a mixed format. Thinking group members may be in the same physical or digital environment, or some may be present in a room while others are connected by video call. It is important to share a screen to view the board.
","faq3_question":"What can it be used for?","faq3_answer":"

To initiate or drive transformation processes through an inspired and future-oriented strategic reflection, going through the whole tool in several sessions with your team, the different areas of your organisation, or with other organisations in your ecosystem.

To break the ice at the start of a working session, encouraging motivation and the active participation of all parties involved.

To support strategic reflection sessions, or in sessions for the confluence of mixed or hybrid groups.

Of course, it can also be used in any other creative and innovative way that helps you to transform and navigate uncertainty with a clear purpose. Depending on the time available, you can complete a full thinking cycle, continue at another time, or use the quick thinking tool.
","faq4_question":"How do you trigger thinking?","faq4_answer":"
A series of inspiring questions encourage you to explore new horizons of reflection. In addition, on the reverse side of each question there is a hint to trigger or prompt thinking.
","faq5_question":"Can it be used for individual thinking?","faq5_answer":"
The tool is designed for group thinking, with questions and dynamics aimed at teams. It can be used:

To directly start an informal group conversation.

To start with a brief individual reflection before opening up the conversation to the group.

To work in pairs or sub-groups and then share the thoughts generated.

However, it can also be used for individual thinking, allowing each person to explore and develop their ideas personally.

","faq6_question":"How much time is needed for each question card?","faq6_answer":"
It depends on several factors, such as the number of participants in the brainstorming group, the goal (quick brainstorming or in-depth strategic thinking), and the dynamics (informal group conversation or pre-group reflection in sub-groups). However, we recommend keeping a dynamic pace and preventing conversations from getting too long or stagnant. Using a timer can help to manage time effectively.
","faq7_question":"What should I do if thinking stagnates?","faq7_answer":"
In addition to the hints on the back of the question cards, weather events can also be triggered:

When "whirlwind" is triggered, the tool proposes a random Area-Lever combination to start a new reflection.

When "rain" is triggered, the tool sends positive reinforcement to make thinking easier and more dynamic.

When “lightning” is triggered, the tool encourages making thinking specific and bringing it down to earth.

","faq8_question":"Do you have to follow a specific order when using the tool?","faq8_answer":"
No, not at all. It depends on what you want to achieve: spark inspiration, a time to connect with your team, or more structured thinking. You can explore the questions that you find most striking or inspiring, or you can decide to explore a specific area or be guided by a specific lever.
","faq9_question":"How do you get the most out of the tool?","faq9_answer":"
It is useful to write down the ideas, actions, strategies, and key points that emerge from reflection in a document that can be shared by the group. You can also save the most inspiring questions and quotes.

And of course, don’t forget to create an inspiring, open, and welcoming environment so that all participants feel comfortable sharing and thinking as a group.

","faq10_question":"What do we do after completing the thinking sessions?","faq10_answer":"
After the end of the sessions, it is advisable that one person or a sub-group takes the lead in conceptualising and communicating the results, planning the next steps to be taken and involving the most appropriate areas or persons in the organisation.
","faq11_question":"What if we need support?","faq11_answer":"
If you would like design professionals to support, inspire, and guide this thinking process, please contact EIDE, the Basque Design Association, by calling 944 249 053 or sending an email to info@eidedesign.eus.

https://eidedesign.eus/
T(Im)P is an EIDE project.
